Who is Anouk ? 

I am a French American woman who has always been creative, a mixed of sophistication, casual and daring …some custom blend .

In my younger days I lived in France, Saint Raphael on the French Riviera then a few years in Paris. There I was much involved in fashion, designing quite sexy and provocative outfits, and even at times wearing them. It was fine in France, when I moved to the States, it did not always get the same level of understanding  (smile). Now in my photography, I still believe in the lady looking powerful, and beautiful and feminine using my unique style.  That is what lead me to shoot boudoir photography.

So understand that when I say risque´, I mean it with subtlety and elegance. In my wedding vision, I still will make my bride super feminine and beautiful, with a little ou lala if she is up to it.  My focus is on the couple and I also like lots of fun dynamic photos and many  of the details that makes the day unique. My strength is in seeing shapes, colors, beauty and making everything flow effortlessly.

I truly enjoy beauty, from a family portrait to a wedding coverage, a boudoir shoot, or a travel documentary. I will seek it and express it through my work.  I like thoughts provoking images that please the eye, while expressing the true self of whomever I shoot. Emotion is what transpires from my vision and my photos.

My other strength is my love for people and cultures and my adventurous side . I take chances in life. This has lead me in meeting the most interesting people and discovering fascinating places.  I cant wait to bring you more images of this earth I call home. I am available to travel .
